Took some liberties.
With a pint sized bell jar, the 100 ml mark is clearly visible, so that’s a huge plus for this vessel. I do 100 ml milk, a bit of vanilla, around 1/2 tsp. Shake in a little cinnamon. (I’m not all about precision at bedtime.) Add in a half cup of old fashioned oats, and pop it in the fridge.
Morning I add some Dan on light and fit yogurt. (Regular or Greek, depending on what we have. Always vanilla. Then thaw some frozen berries in the fridge a few days and put those on top. Don’t strain the juice, add it in! My husband likes frozen (thawed) peaches on his. Pop the lid back on and throw it in your backpack for work! It’s perfect for busy mornings and lazy days alike.
