Didn't have coconut water so I used plain water and 1/8-1/4 tsp of coconut extract. Added more spices as well to mimic the shawarma. Garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, allspice and/or cinnamon. Cooked it my normal way with 1 part rice, 2 part water, oil and spices all together. Bring to boil, turn to simmer until water is absorbed.
