This was delicious!! I followed the recipe except I
used ¼ cup oil and ¼ cup melted butter vs all
melted butter. Using some melted butter resulted in
a more flavorful and less oily tasting bread which I
really enjoyed. The bread baked very well and there
wasn't any gummy/raw bits like usual. It was moist,
sweet, and the spices were perfect. I would
definitely make this again.
