I tried using sweet potato tater tots instead of regular and I ended up having to remove them and bake them separately to make sure they were done. I ended up sort of garnishing the rest of the dish with the tots at the end. It still tastes great, but it ended up taking a lot longer than anticipated. It will go easier the second time!
