I double the recipe and I use whole wheat pastry flour. I don’t use any oil, so I used 8 tablespoons of applesauce and a small avocado. Are used 3/4 of a cup of maple syrup for sweetener. When I pulled it out of the mixing bowl to nead it was very gooey. The pan I had probably was not adequate to hold an entire double order so they came out pretty thick. I put an extra blueberries, because I just really love blueberries. They’re a little dense and bready. They are tasty and moist, but very very filling.
