It might just be me, but this recipe took a lot longer to make than I thought. The time to bring everything back up to a simmer took a lot of time. Some of it could be because I used frozen corn and frozen cod. I also had to add 3 pinches of kosher salt. It could also do with a bit more fish or maybe less broth. My family added Club crackers at the table. The end result was absolutely delicious, but I'd save this meal for the weekend.
