I always thought beef chow fun was difficult to make (probably because it's so full of flavor at restaurants), but this was super easy! Aside from waiting for the meat to marinade, the whole process took less than 30 minutes and was delicious. The only thing I did differently was that I also added cooking wine, 1 tsp baking soda, and an egg white into the meat marinade (from another recipe suggestion), but I'm sure it would still be amazing without it!
