REALLY enjoyed this one. I've never used cream cheese before, but with the Dijon is was a new and fantastic flavour for us. The Swiss cheese was the perfect topper, too. I served on some basmati rice cooked with chicken stock and turmeric.
Only thing I'd do differently next time is to cook the chicken in a pan first, to release all the juice. Or I could have tried letting the dish rest for ten minutes before serving. Either way, this dish is now on the rotation. Loved it
