This was excellent! I cut the recipe in half and roasted my broccoli first for more flavor. I omitted all the seasonings sans the mustard powder and salt and pepper and used garlic and onion powder as well as thyme. I added a handful(about 1/4 cup) of cheddar cheese at the end. I added about 1/4 cup more broth so about 1 3/4 cup and reduced the milk(I used 1/4 milk and 1/4 cream) to half a cup. Would make again!
