I loved them but my family wasn’t a fan, I can eat it raw too. 😋 I guess I’ll make it again just for me.
Recipe uses too many different measuring spoons so I simplified it a bit…. Used only 1 cup, 1/3 cup, 2T aka 1/8 cup, & 1 tsp for simplicity of cleanup.
Substitutions: I used water instead of milk without any issues. I didn’t have any oat flour so I used my manual food processor to chop up some oats instead, for 1/3 cup given it was less dense and less finely chopped. I will probably just buy oat flour eventually.
