I loved it! It tasted heavenly. Added my own twist, I added a half of a brown onion diced and put into the pan after taking out the pork chops, and put a little bit more olive oil, sauteed onions, then put mushrooms and then garlic as the recipe said. I traded out the kosher salt for garlic sea salt , because I love garlic and I added one more garlic clove minced, poured a little more cream in . Then continued to follow the recipe. The spinach was a wonderful touch to this recipe. I did garnish with a little fresh parmesan and a little Italian flat parsley.
