Absolutely delicious. I didn't have Sriracha but I added some cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. I also once tried substituting it with sambal oelek (chili paste) and that worked great.

Kung Pao chicken, 4➡️6 servings
1tbsp sesame oil to pan. Add 2lb diced 🐔, 3 minced 🧄 cloves, 1 ½ tsp minced 🫚. Cook 5-7 mins until just cooked through. Set aside.
Add 1tbsp sesame oil to pan. Add 3 chopped celery ribs, sliced zucchini, and chopped red 🫑. Cook 5-7 mins till tender crisp.
Add 🐔 back to pan, with stir fry sauce and >⅓ c. 🥜.
Cook 1-2 mins so the sauce thickens. Remove from heat, rest 2-3 mins, top with 3 chopped scallions.
