My first dish using the dreaded anchovies. I loved it! They did melt into the olive oil and added a lovely not fishy tasting umami flavor. Next time I might add more! Made this with whole wheat spaghetti noodles and Kalamata olives. Delicious, light and healthy. I’ll make it without tuna and love it, I think, even better.
Update: made it again but added quartered artichoke hearts, a little more anchovy, and no tuna this time. Delectable!
