I found the instructions lacking. Do I fry the garlic and onions or do I just put them on the pan with a bit of water? Anyways, I just improvised everything and off they went to the oven. The results were however absolutely delicious. I really liked the touch of the kidney beans.
Changes: I added paprika and basil as well, and was generous with the vinegar. I also added a good amount of olive oil before putting it in the oven.
Great for Sunday cooking to make boxes for the week.
