I like that the mushrooms are visible and not mushed into the sauce.
I do think the sauce could use a bit of seasoning or flavor; as it is it just tastes a bit like flour.
No one seems to like this as much as I do, but it might be because I'm making it for Brits who've never had this as part of Thanksgiving before.
