very good! creamier than im used to - although i still also like it my old way. i left it on the fire a tad too long so the egg cooked a bit more than intended but it was not a problem and still good. also dont have to put more cheese on it so i was spared the mess from grating above my plate lol edit: for 2 portions i use 1 yolk 1 whole egg.
