Not sure if this matters, but at step 3, I gave everything a good stir! No burn alert for me.

So with tomato based things in the instapot, you have to get it to a roaring boil before sealing to cook. This keeps the sauce moving off the bottom and from burning. Found this tibit in my rootitoot instapot cookbook. Hope it helps you! 😊
