Tasty, juicy, great crispy crust and VERY filling. The slaw complemented it well and served it on a toasted brioche bun.
Hubby said it's at least a 4, if not a 5. He doesn't give out 5s often. 😊
If you have an aversion to spicy, cut the cayenne down. The coleslaw helps cut back on the heat.
Can also avoid the bun and serve on top of the slaw as a crispy chicken salad.
