Chicken was a little salty so I'll cut down on the salt next time. To make it not runny, I used about half the pasta water and simmered it covered for an additional about 15 mins after adding the pasta and parmesan, stirring every few mins to help melt and combine the parmesan (we use shredded, not grated). It turned out creamy with a sauce that stuck to the noodles really well. Flavors are great. Love that I can taste the lemon without it being overpowering. Will definitely make this again
