I have heard of nutritional yeast but have not used it, is it that healthy? Would rice wine vinegar kill the yeast?

That’s a great question! Nutritional yeast is not an active culture- so nothing will die off! It’s great mixed with rice wine vinegar, and that would be a great addition to the dressing! Nutritional yeast is a great source of protein & b vitamins so it’s a healthy win in my book! It has a cheesy and umami flavor.
