The fact that you didn't expect a dish with a high health rating to be amazing does somewhat indicate that healthy food may be more of a chore than a pleasure to you. I have been lucky in that, despite having a weight problem my whole life, I do love a lot of healthy foods, they are just not all that I like. I would suggest you look in communities that concentrate on high health scores rather than calories per se. And I suspect that you might find things called stew, curry or one pot more satisfying. In my Superfoods Diet community, I have stews, curries and one pots with beef, pork, venison. chicken or seafood with health scores over 9.0 or slightly below.
