Very yummy. Ended up using 4 ribs celery, and 2 very large carrots. For the broth I used the approx 6 cups I had of homemade chicken stock, and 4 cups homemade veggie stock, as well as 2/3 of a container of Campbell’s concentrated chicken broth.
I didn’t measure spices - used a generous pinch of each, and was fairly liberal with the pepper, less so with the salt. The crushed red pepper adds a nice touch! Would absolutely make again.
