Recipe calls for a dry brined turkey but I swear by Pioneer Woman’s brine overnight. Just be sure to rinse it well before roasting and don’t use any brine for gravy base as it’s too salty. The flavor is phenomenal.

Here’s her brine. Only thing I do differently is cut oranges, squeezing them the tossing them in brine instead of only using peels.
