Wow! This is flavourful.
We strained all the olives and artichokes which was a lifesaver because there is plenty of liquid from the broth and marinara sauce. Next time we will probably use half the olives and leave out the salt. It wasn't overly salty, but I feel like the olives bring the brine well enough.
Diced the onion and garlic. Sliced the tomato's in half. Used linguine instead of spaghetti because that was the pasta we had on hand.
SUPER easy recipe and will make again.
