I don’t want to have lamb chops another way! But I love Garam masala, a lot. If the lamb was super fresh and I wanted it rare, maybe I wouldn’t have it coated with spices. But supermarket lamb on sale…this is perfect. I added some drizzled olive oil to the lot when I put in the onion but in the end I’m not sure it needed it. Very happy with this meal, bread and butter on the side and roasted onion as the veg.
