Instructions
Step 1
Mix the garam masala, chilli powder and salt with enough olive oil to make a thick paste
Step 2
Rub the paste in to both sides of each lamb chop
Step 3
Oven for 20 minutes on 190 degrees Celsius
Step 4
Add sliced onion and lemon wedges to the baking tray. Finish under a hot grill for 5-10 minutes each side.
