Delicious base recipe! I subbed turkey for the beef and for veggies I used a can of green beans, a can of corn, and a bag of frozen peas and carrots. I also used one 12 oz can of regular diced tomatoes, one 12 oz of fire roasted and added 2-3 cups of extra broth (I used chicken broth) to compensate for all the extra veggies. I added Sriracha and lots of spices to taste instead of the italian seasoning (parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, oregano, basil, salt and pepper). Lots of leftovers!!
