Very tasty, filling, and homey! Did not do the dried porchini mushroom part of the recipe and instead just added more beef broth. Also added a whole pack of bacon (12oz) because I wasn't planning on using it otherwise- but I regret it! It was very yummy but added so many calories! My version was 550 calories a serving and the recipe made 6 servings. The bacon alone was 260 calories per serving. I think the 3oz of bacon that the recipe calls for is probably plenty. My farro was a quick-cook Farro so the meal was fine quicker than stated in the instructions.
