I did not read the instructions completely, and so had bought Pimento stuffed green olives instead of Kalamata olives. Also mixed up the order to add the vegetable ingredients in. Took a lounger for me to chop all the ingredients and so it ended up cooking for significantly longer than called for. That being said, it still turned out delicious! Only suggestion I got from family was to chop the olives and/or maybe use a little less next time. Our 2-year old loved it, surprisingly! (Although we did not give her any of the olives) I also adjusted the serving size to 4 instead of 2.
