Quite tasty!! Prep was easy as well. We are really limiting sodium and added sugar so i used homemade Thai chili paste i made a few days ago, omitted the recipe’s added salt, and only used 1 tbsp agave in the sauce. Used the sauce for dipping and didn’t “toss” the cauliflower in the sauce. Probably only need 1/2 tsp garlic powder in the batter ( and that suggestion is from someone who LOVES garlic!!) I added a sprinkle of crushed red pepper to the panko for a little more kick! Line your cookie sheet with foil, Spray your foil with cooking spray-worked so well, nothing stuck. Cauliflower had such a great crunch with the coating. Coating only stuck to the cauliflower, not to the foil. Used whole wheat flour in the batter. Not a low carb/low glycemic index meal but a real treat! Will definitely prepare again! (Sorry my picture seems to highlight the salad more than the cauliflower)
