Turned out moist, soft, and not too sweet..
I ditched the chocolate, substituted oatmeal with regular flour (its lower in calories and holds the dough better - I don’t understand what’s the fuss about this whole oats instead of flour trend)..
And i also added sweetener and sugar free syrup.
Played with quantities:
1 banana + 1 egg + 0.75 cup flour + 0.5 cup fat-free milk + a bit of stevia and sugar-free syrup; gave me 4 muffins 150 calories each..
Next time I’ll utilize more bananas and will add nuts, just like regular banana bread muffins i guess
