Used sour cream instead of orange juice - very moist
Update: this time did a bit of lemon juice and extra pumpkin instead - worked well!
Update #2: I used butter (not oil) and sour cream (not orange juice) and I think this was the best combination. Would still consider doing orange juice, but will never do the oil again
