Make this one ahead… its even better after it has a while to let the flavors develop! We upped the servings to feed our family of 5 + leftovers. Used whole wheat buns, but I did try one in a romaine leaf, and … I’ll be darned … it was great! We served with Dijon roasted red potatoes and red cabbage. Our toddler like it so much that she ate the joe mix with a spoon!
