I made this for the first time. Since I was using more beef than the recipe called for, I doubled the recipe. I substituted rice wine vinegar with apple cider vinegar and did not double the vinegar ingredient for the sauce. I used a little less honey and will probably use a little less sugar as well in the future. I added more Sriracha, more ginger powder, and more pepper flakes to give it more spice. Overall, I'd like the beef to come out softer, so ill probably experiment on ways to prep it differently in the future. I added chopped red onion and bell pepper for additional veggies. I used two heads of broccoli, but will need to use three in the future for the doubled recipe. There was also a lot of sauce, so I added a little bit at a time until I was satisfied. You will have extra sauce!
