Trying to cook more healthily for my family so wanted to do an alternate recipe to the normal potatoes and corn with Cajun shrimp and andoulli sausage. This was very good but a bit spicy for me. I used 1tbsp of Old Bay and 1tbsp of Slap Ya Momma, and man did that all that spice cling to the squash. Def need to put about half that amount if I want my kids to eat it or just do Old Bay. I also had to cook this on two sheet pans; there's just too much for one. Overall though, my husband and I both thought it was really good and filling. We had it with rice and it made a healthy but savory meal. We'll just need to experiment to make it more kid-friendly
