Try finishing it off in the broiler or air fryer.

Air fryer will crisp up chicken skin - you can always dip meat in separate sauce if desired. I can only eat super crispy chicken skin, with most of the fat cooked away, like crisp bacon. Soggy chicken skin is a yucky deal breaker!
