The instructions say to cut the bacon strips into thirds, but this is assuming you have smaller brussel sprouts.
Cooking time is enough for the bacon, but the brussel sprouts don't really have time to cook. Unless you like almost raw and really crunchy sprouts, and you might, consider pre-cooking the sprouts for about five minutes before hand.
Balsamic glaze is easy to make by reducing balsamic vinegar, however, it burns easily so you just have to watch it.
Overall, this is really easy to make snd the balsamic glaze gives it a nice acidic kick. The glaze also goes really good with ice cream.
