This is so incredible. I changed the recipe by getting a cheap roast and putting it in the pressure cooker for about an hour with slight modifications from the ingredients listed. I then shred the meat and put it in a casserole dish topped with a layer of sliced apples, cinnamon and brown sugar… or I leave apples fresh and put them and mixture on a toasted fresh bun with garlic mayo, brie cheese, spinach, and any kind of sweet jam or honey. I save some of the juice from the beef and use it for dipping the sandwich into. No words can describe how amazing this is. I sometimes put raisins or mix other dried fruit into it along with a bit of maple syrup and extra chilli flakes or cayenne.
