Okay…so this was really good but I took advice from several who had made it previously and changed a couple of things of my own. I only used one 8oz pkg of tempeh, 1 1/2 tsp each of the basil and oregano, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, mixed 1/4 cup of vegan cheese into mix, and salted and peppered to taste. Yummo!
