This was beautiful, grate some cheese with the mash when it has cooled down, when you spred it over the top you get some extra taste.
Oh, one more thing, 1kg potatoes are almost exact for the recipe, but get 2 or 3 more just for good luck....
I also added a can of chackalaka, came out brilliantly.
