I didn't add the lemon based on what others had written. I don't regret it!
The only thing I would do different, is double the olive oil and seasoning then toss the green beans and potatoes so they are evenly coated. Trying to pour over evenly when you have a pile of potatoes did not work. After tossing the veg, I would then pour over the chicken.
I used frozen green beans and partially frozen chicken, so it wasn't dry.
My family loved it, outside of the bland bits that didn't get seasoned. And this is saying a lot because there are some here that are not fans of poultry.
