Amazing! I hate cauliflower but this was fantastic, my partner said it tastes just like chicken tenders. Our new healthy chicken parm substitute!

"Chicken tenders" is what definitely made me save this. Haven't been brave enough to try making Gnocchi from cauliflower but motivated to try this now!
