A nice new way to make potatoes. I would definitely recommend making some sort of a sauce to go with it; maybe a nice tzatziki. I do regret following the instructions to boil the potatoes before cutting them. They took 3 times longer than the recipe suggested to cook, and some of them were still raw in the middle.
