I Quadrupled the vinaigrette sauce, used the full onion, and lightly blended some of the tomato and onion (like a chunky salsa) before adding the t with the rest of the dish to get more flavor cooked in.
This was a 10/10 for us but I should have cooked it for 20, not 25 minutes. I think the chicken turned out a little dry. But the flavor was delicious and I’d definitely make it again.
