**Used chicken breasts cut into strips, cooked for 5-6 mins per side. Added garlic powder, onion powder, & paprika to the chicken cause salt & pepper alone will NEVER be enough flavore for me! I also used coconut cream instead of dairy cream.
I like this recipe but didn't love it. My chicken tasted great, thanks to my added seasonings, which made the sauce taste yummier than expected. The paprika changed the color of the sauce to a redish green hue. The vegetables were flavorful & cooked through yet still had a nice bite. The tomatoes were my favorite part, delicious cooked tomatoes, so good!
I will keep this recipe around but with my own tweaks to it.
