Perfect! I use a different recipe for 9x13 but when I only need 9x9 this is my go to. The only thing I do differently is no alcohol, and I use more coffee (maybe more like 3/4 cup). I use mix of regular cocoa powder and dutch processed (1:1) and have done it both ways where I dust it before chilling or dust it right before serving. I don’t find one way necessarily better than other. May just depend on your preference. And definitely used more than 1 tbsp cocoa powder. More like 3.
