I’m not 100% sure it came out the way it’s meant to, but it was rich and gooey inside, with a brownie like crust. It was more than I expected. After putting in the fridge (we tried it warm) it has a definite pudding consistency. A little ice cream or whipped cream enhances it and I bet it would be fabulous with a little pound cake. It’s a different type of dessert and my first experience using a water bath.
Omg I tried the brownie pudding after being in the fridge all night. It’s amazing. Like eating the inside of a brownie. You need vanilla ice cream to balance it but if you like decadent, gooey brownie delight, give this a try.
