The butter chicken was delicious! Very flavourful and I thoroughly enjoyed making it (next time, I'll have to try making the naan too). My family loved it :)
The marinade gave the chicken so much flavour and complimented the butter chicken sauce well.
I did a couple things different: added chickpeas and beans as I had slightly less chicken than the recipe called for and added a bit of cornflour to the sauce to thicken it a little just as a preference.
