These were as delicious as they were ugly. I had a smaller silicone mold so I ended up making double. I probably should have made 10 instead of 12 to be able to use the mousse to cover the brownie. My chocolate seized up and came out a little lumpy so I had to rescue it. It didn’t turn out super smooth. It was definitely a project for the weekend. But these were so tasty and that’s all that matters!
