My suggestions...• Saute ginger in butter then remove and add to broth pot, then add garlic, oil, and other broth ingredients
• Add salt ( or miso)
• Add baby bok choy
• Add nori
• Add tempura (or canned, drained corn for a healthier crunch)
• Add bok choy stems/white part to broth halfway
• 2-3 jalapeno slices per bowl
